Candidates should possess deep eCommerce knowledge with valid platform certifications, proficiency in platforms like Amazon, Criteo, and Citrus, and an understanding of major UK retailers and quick commerce partners. Experience with bid management platforms such as Skai and Pacvue is essential. The role requires self-motivation, operational proficiency, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Team management skills and the capacity to perform under pressure are also important.
