Latitude Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in process engineering and automation to lead manufacturing operations at our Mayfield, KY facility. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing production efficiency, and implementing advanced automation technologies to optimize plant performance. The ideal candidate will combine leadership skills with technical expertise to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.

The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Key responsibilities include leading and developing high-performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions; driving process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies; and designing, implementing, and maintaining automated and robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with process engineering teams to improve workflows, cycle times, and throughput, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field), with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles, is required. Proven experience in process improvement and automation/robotics implementation is essential, along with strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with industrial robotics, PLCs, automated production systems, and ERP/MES systems is also necessary.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 per year, along with a generous relocation package.
