THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to join our Payward Services team. This is a builder: someone who can own a product roadmap end to end, go deep on how a flow actually works, and ship regulated B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs) from concept to launch.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product roadmap and build-out for our B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs)
- Defining requirements, partnering with Engineering on execution, and driving products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Get hands-on with the product itself: how a flow works, where it breaks, what needs to change to make it scale, and what it takes to bring it to market in a regulated environment.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to turn roadmap priorities into shipped product.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure new product builds meet regulatory requirements as part of the design and build process, rather than as a downstream gate.
