PMO Analyst
Helsing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to join our team in Berlin, Munich, or Stockholm. This role is integral to our mission, providing critical support in project coordination and data analysis for complex and prestigious projects.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with project managers, program managers, and technical specialists to monitor project performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports. Your responsibilities will include tracking project expenses, assisting with budget reconciliation, preparing comprehensive financial and project status reports, and identifying trends in project risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to controlling standards.
The ideal candidate will have initial experience in project support, project controls, or an administrative role with a strong financial or analytical component. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, along with a solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles. A completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Business fluency in both German and English is necessary, as well as the willingness to travel regularly and meet security clearance requirements according to national laws.
