Post-Onboarding Success Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

Wolt is seeking a Post-Onboarding Success Specialist to join our Merchant Services team in Frankfurt, Germany. This fixed-term contract position focuses on ensuring the success of newly onboarded restaurant partners by providing comprehensive support and training. As part of our Post Activation department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing partner performance and satisfaction.

In this role, you will analyze partner performance data, monitor improvement workflows, and deliver in-person training sessions on hardware and app usage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively addressing partner issues through clear communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining coaching and support strategies to optimize partner success.

The ideal candidate has experience in partner support or communication-intensive roles, possesses excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates a positive demeanor with patience. Proficiency in both German and English, strong attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience in the gastronomy or food industry and familiarity with Google Suite are advantageous.
