The Principal, APAC Partner Enablement role at Klaviyo is a strategic position within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, focusing on supporting the Asia-Pacific (APAC) sales organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the enablement strategy and roadmap for the APAC sales organization. This involves driving the adoption of global enablement programs, such as sales methodologies, product launches, and onboarding processes. The role also entails conducting in-depth needs and gap analyses through various methods, including enablement councils, one-on-one meetings, and surveys, to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning and readiness through refreshers and additional assessments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales or GTM Enablement within a high-growth global tech company, particularly within the APAC region. A deep understanding of the diverse markets across APAC is essential, along with experience in designing engaging workshops and delivering presentations. Proficiency in implementing sales methodology training, such as MEDDPICC, and direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role are also required. Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to set strategic direction by translating vision into a clear, global strategy are crucial.

Klaviyo offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base pay range of $152,000 to $228,000 AUD. The company also provides a comprehensive range of benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law.
