Principal, Business Analysis (Logistics Operation Center)
As a Principal in Business Analysis at Coupang's Logistics Operation Center (LOC) in Taipei, Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations to enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics processes. Collaborating closely with LOC specialists, hub managers, and logistics leadership, you will drive improvements in Promise Delivery Date (PDD) performance. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting in-depth data analyses, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in analytical roles related to operations, process optimization, or policy analysis. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, or Airflow, as well as scripting languages like Python, is highly desirable. Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex analyses effectively are crucial for success in this role.
