About This Role:

Join Crusoe Energy as the Principal Electrical Engineer and serve as the department’s technical authority on power distribution, power protection, and switchgear design. In this high-impact role, you will define the engineering standards and technical strategy for our modular integrated electronics buildings and critical power infrastructure.

You will move beyond day-to-day drafting to architect robust power systems, solve complex protection coordination challenges, and lead the technical direction of the electrical engineering team. You will be the "go-to" expert for regulatory compliance (NEC, IEEE, UL) and the final approver for critical design decisions.
