The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity initiatives, with the ability to influence engineering practices across multiple teams or organizations. A strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, deployment, and service operations is essential, along with experience balancing standardization with developer autonomy. Proven ability to translate technical strategy into measurable outcomes and clear, effective communication skills are also required.
Compensation for this role ranges from $253,400 to $380,200 USD annually, depending on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The role may also be eligible for a bonus package.
