As a Principal GTM Analyst at Huntress, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, bridging the gap between data and strategic decision-making. Huntress, founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, is a remote-first cybersecurity company dedicated to making enterprise-grade security accessible to businesses of all sizes. With a mission to protect over 5 million endpoints and 11 million identities worldwide, Huntress continues to expand its impact in the cybersecurity landscape.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional GTM partners to analyze complex business questions and translate them into actionable insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating campaign performance, assessing pipeline attribution, segmenting customers, and sizing market opportunities. By proactively identifying areas where analytical thinking can enhance marketing efficiency and accelerate growth, you will drive strategic recommendations that have a measurable impact on the company's success.

The ideal candidate will possess over seven years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting marketing or growth-oriented teams within a SaaS organization. Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is essential, along with the ability to deliver high-quality analyses under pressure. A strategic mindset, coupled with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, will set you apart in this role.

Huntress offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $195,000, along with bonuses and equity. Additional benefits include a 100% remote work environment, generous paid time off, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) plan with a 5% contribution, life and disability insurance, stock options for full-time employees, and allowances for home office setup and professional development.

Joining Huntress means becoming part of a culture that values inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous growth. The company is committed to creating an environment where every team member is valued and empowered to contribute meaningfully. With a focus on professional development and a mission-driven approach to cybersecurity, Huntress provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in protecting businesses from cyber threats.
