Principal Network Security Engineer

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in enterprise networking and security, with significant hands-on experience in managing Cisco platforms. Required skills include a strong understanding of network firewalls, perimeter defense, intrusion detection/prevention, network access control systems, cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP), software and firmware management, troubleshooting layer 2/3 networking, VPNs, secure remote access solutions, application delivery controllers, web application security, network telemetry analysis, scripting or automation for network management, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements. Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or cloud security are strongly preferred.
