Grindr is building the Global Gayborhood - a more useful, expansive, and intelligent digital home for our community. That means significant product innovation, with much of it enabled by AI, across the ways our users discover, connect, communicate, and participate in community. The legal questions are correspondingly interesting and consequential. The Legal team sits at the center of that work, partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, and Trust & Safety.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Legal expert to serve as a strategic legal partner to Grindr’s product, engineering, design, and trust and safety teams.

This is not a role for someone who wants to review products at the end of the development process. You will help shape product strategy and design from the beginning, identifying issues early, translating complex legal requirements into clear product choices, and helping Grindr move quickly and responsibly through ambiguity.

This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles, SF, NYC or offices and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays.
