Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead at Mercuryo, you will spearhead the design initiatives within our dynamic product team, driving the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
