Product Lead, Telematics Platform
The Product Lead for the Telematics Platform at Motive will spearhead the development and management of the centralized system responsible for collecting, processing, and delivering vehicle and device data. Candidates should possess over eight years of product management experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Experience in building and scaling complex data platforms, API-first products, IoT systems, or large-scale distributed systems is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a platform as a product, balancing internal stakeholder needs with external customer requirements, and exhibit strong skills in driving alignment and building consensus across diverse teams.
Motive offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range between $162,000 and $230,000 USD annually.
