Product Manager, Biometric Platform
As the Product Manager for the Biometric Platform at Prove, you will lead the development of new biometric capabilities from inception to deployment. This role involves creating product roadmaps, authoring specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to integrate biometric solutions into Prove's identity verification services. Prove is a leader in phone-centric identity tokenization and authentication, serving over 1,000 enterprise customers across various industries.
In this position, you will manage and prioritize the product roadmap, working with leadership, technology, solutions, marketing, and sales teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing enhancements, reviewing backlogs, defining story requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in partnership with engineering. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and improve biometric platform capabilities, maintain comprehensive product documentation, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with client success teams to address client issues related to implementation, billing, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in product management or product marketing within a technology context, including at least three years as a product owner in a fast-paced, scaling environment. A strong technical background is essential, with experience in developing and deploying biometric capabilities and privacy-preserving cryptographic techniques. Familiarity with identity management platforms such as Okta or Entra is preferred. The role requires excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to build consensus across various organizational functions.
Prove offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $190,000, plus a company bonus.
