Product Manager, Courier Delivery Experience

Wolt is seeking a Product Manager to join our Courier and Delivery Experience team. This role focuses on enhancing the courier journey and optimizing delivery processes to ensure exceptional experiences for both couriers and consumers. The team is dedicated to refining key touchpoints in the courier lifecycle and developing innovations that improve reliability and satisfaction.

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the courier experience by designing features that boost courier satisfaction and refining delivery processes. Your work will directly impact metrics related to courier engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in product management, particularly with consumer-facing products, courier services, delivery systems, or logistics. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product, and operations. Strong skills in defining and executing meaningful objectives and key results (OKRs) are essential.

Compensation includes a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), providing a vested interest in the company's growth and success.
