Product Manager

As a Product Manager at DiliTrust, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer or Head of Product, collaborating closely with developers and product designers to shape the future of legal software. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, translating them into impactful product solutions, and ensuring the product aligns with user expectations and business goals. You will also engage in continuous user feedback to refine the product and guide the team in prioritizing improvements.

Ideal candidates should possess a customer-first mindset, with a strong ability to empathize with user challenges and needs. An analytical approach to data-driven decision-making is essential, along with effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. A growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a passion for understanding legal team operations are also important. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Italian and/or French considered a plus. A background in B2B SaaS is preferred.
