Product Manager, Fintech

Wolt is seeking a Product Manager to join its Payments Group, specifically the Core Payments Team, based in London. This team is responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that powers every transaction on Wolt's platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and future-ready payment systems. The role involves collaborating with country teams to understand local payment cultures, engaging with providers like Stripe, and aligning with product, finance, and data teams to meet company-wide needs.

The Product Manager will define the roadmap and set the vision for Wolt's payments infrastructure. This includes leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle. The role requires partnering with operations, finance, and engineering stakeholders, while maintaining a focus on end-user experience and business impact.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, or other B2B platform products, with a track record of leading products from concept to launch. They should be skilled at working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and business, and possess a high ownership mindset. A strong blend of data fluency, technical depth, design intuition, and business judgment is essential, along with clear communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned.
