Key responsibilities include owning the sales enablement content strategy for assigned products and services, developing and maintaining enablement assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, and competitive battlecards, and creating partner-facing materials to support partner recruitment and activation. The role also involves collaborating with Sales managers, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to plan and deliver product and market training, gathering field input through various channels, conducting market and competitive research, supporting go-to-market launches, and ensuring alignment between marketing programs and sales motions.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, or related roles. Demonstrated ability to create field-ready enablement content that boosts seller confidence and supports deal progression is essential. Strong analytical and storytelling skills are required to translate research and customer insights into clear messaging. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. An associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Compensation for this contract position ranges from $50 to $75 per hour, depending on experience, education, and training.
