Product Marketing Manager – IoT & Embedded Systems
Canonical is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for its IoT and embedded systems solutions. This role involves collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to position Canonical's IoT offerings effectively in the market. The position is remote and based in the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans that drive awareness and adoption of Canonical’s IoT solutions. The role requires crafting clear, technical, and business-oriented messaging that resonates with developers, engineers, and decision-makers in the IoT space. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate on marketing campaigns, partner with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth, and plan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups aligned with go-to-market priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and open source, strong storytelling skills, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience in product marketing for enterprise software, cloud, DevOps, or open-source solutions is preferred. A data-driven mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, partners, and marketing teams are also desirable.
