Why This Role is Exciting

Optro is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Product and Partner Counsel to support both the Product and Partner teams. You will report to the Senior Counsel supporting both organizations and will act as a legal business partner to both organizations. You will drive innovation with our products and the partners who help take them to market. The ideal candidate is a commercially-minded, confident self-starter who can navigate the intersection of law and technology in a fast-paced environment who builds strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an advisor for our product management, development, engineering, support, and marketing teams, providing strategic guidance on commercial terms, privacy issues, global regulatory compliance, privacy-by-design, data protection, and the responsible use of AI.
