Cato Networks is seeking a visionary and customer-focused Product Support Engineer, Tier 3, to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers during the evaluation, post-sales process, onboarding, and throughout the ongoing customer lifecycle. As a Product Support Engineer, Tier 3, you will own and manage customer issues, seeing problems through to resolution. Your responsibilities include researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude. You will work directly with R&D and Product Management on customer issues until full resolution, act as a focal point for customers' needs by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with Cato’s solution, and nurture the relationship with the customer through ongoing communication and periodic meetings.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience as a Support Engineer or Network Engineer, with strong technical analytical skills emphasizing Networking, Routing, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Packet Analysis. You should have thorough troubleshooting abilities and a passion for diving into complicated technical problems in real production environments. Experience working with a Cloud, SaaS technology provider is advantageous. Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, security protocols, and standards is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a passion for working with customers directly, are essential. The ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment, with a willingness to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks, is also important.
