The Production Coordinator II will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of drone production. Key responsibilities include monitoring, tracking, and moving parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery, coordinating physical movement of parts through various stages such as receiving inspection and stock rooms, and ensuring parts are handled and protected properly within company specifications. The role also involves supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate data in MRP/ERP/MES systems, assisting with inventory inaccuracies, and developing reports to highlight needs and constraints.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment. Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems like Netsuite or Oracle is required, along with strong computer skills and familiarity with the full suite of MS Office products. Additional qualifications include experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL, or other reporting features. The role requires U.S. citizenship due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $33, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
