As a Production Specialist at Formlabs, you will be integral to the manufacturing of engineered resins for photochemistry applications. This role is based in Perrysburg, Ohio, within the Spectra department, and focuses on ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing live inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and completed batches. You will handle the movement of chemicals from inventory to mixing tanks and oversee the emptying of drums into tanks. Additionally, you will provide direct support to production by addressing issues related to resin processes that could lead to significant downtime. Suggesting procedural and process improvements to meet productivity and quality goals will also be a key part of your role.

To be successful in this position, you should possess an associate's degree or a high school diploma with relevant production experience. A strong working knowledge of spreadsheets is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently are crucial. Strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
