Production Technician

Curaleaf, a leading global cannabis provider, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team in Mt. Dora, Florida. This role involves packaging and labeling a variety of cannabis products, including dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, pens, and infused items. The Production Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance with state regulations.

In this position, the technician will be responsible for staging products and packaging materials across production lines to meet daily schedules. They will perform quality assurance checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing, to ensure all products meet Curaleaf's high standards. The role also involves maintaining an organized and clean extraction room, operating in compliance with OSHA standards and Curaleaf's standard operating procedures.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. The ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently over extended periods is essential. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are also important. While prior manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred, it is not required.
