The Program Manager - AI Help Experience at Canva will join the AI Help Experience team within the User Voice organization. This team focuses on developing AI-powered support tools, such as the Canva Help Assistant, to enable users to find answers and resolve issues independently. The group comprises over 50 cross-functional specialists in Engineering, Product, and Design, all dedicated to redefining AI-first support at scale.

In this role, the Program Manager will oversee and enhance the group's JIRA ecosystem, streamline cross-team delivery processes, and promote operational excellence across Engineering, Product, and Design. Responsibilities include facilitating clear communication for delivery updates, maintaining comprehensive documentation, conducting agile retrospectives, and proactively identifying AI-driven automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or strategy roles, preferably within large tech companies, high-growth SaaS, or startup environments. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and OKR/goal frameworks is essential, along with hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like sprint planning and backlog management. Strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams are also required.
