Program Manager, Technology & Insights (EMEA)

Wolt is seeking a Program Manager for the Technology & Insights team in Helsinki, Finland. This role involves leading complex, enterprise-scale technical programs across EMEA and global operations, working autonomously across multiple brands and engaging with senior stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to shape the scaling of technology operations across regions, driving both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

Key responsibilities include independently leading major programs, such as integration workstreams and platform transitions, with significant autonomy. The role requires engaging directly with senior leaders across Technology, HR, Finance, and Operations to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making. Additionally, the Program Manager will drive regional and cross-brand coordination, contribute to strategic planning, and establish governance frameworks to enable team scaling.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in program management, technical operations, or strategy & operations roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs. Experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services firm is preferred, along with comfort operating at senior stakeholder levels and leading programs across multiple entities or regions. Familiarity with enterprise technology implementations within HR, Finance, or IT domains is also desirable.
