Programmatic / Digital Account Manager
MiQ Digital is seeking a Programmatic / Digital Account Manager to join their Center of Excellence (CoS) team in Manila, Philippines. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Trading, Data & Analytics (DnA), Product, Learning & Development (L&D), and Marketing, across the JAPAC region. The primary focus is on managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, protecting existing revenue streams, and identifying new business opportunities.
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders across JAPAC. Your duties will include managing insertion orders, ensuring campaign operations meet service level agreements (SLAs), and proactively addressing any client issues. You will also oversee campaign activation, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign outcomes. Additionally, you will manage post-campaign insights and support the re-booking of business-as-usual (BAU) activities to maintain continuous revenue streams.
Ideal candidates should have client-facing experience in digital media, with a background in client services, account management, sales support, or ad operations. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. A proactive and innovative mindset, along with a can-do attitude, will contribute to success in this role.
