The Facility Project Coordinator at provides coordination, operational, and administrative support to the Facilities & Administration team. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Facilities & Administration to manage construction-related activities, including renovations, office buildouts, and closures, as well as ongoing facilities operations. The position emphasizes organization, documentation, communication, and follow-through across multiple facilities initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and administratively supporting facilities-related projects such as renovations and new office buildouts. The role involves scheduling, tracking, and documenting project timelines, deliverables, and action items. Additionally, the coordinator manages communications among internal teams, landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors, while tracking milestones and potential risks, escalating issues as needed. Support for move-related activities, including space planning coordination and furniture ordering, is also required.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management, project coordination, operations, or a related field. Candidates should have hands-on experience supporting corporate interior office construction, renovation, or office buildout projects, along with 2–4 years of experience in facilities operations or related areas. Strong organizational and administrative skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities management systems (preferably ServiceNow), and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
