Project Manager
ABC Legal Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support internal teams by managing projects that enhance operational quality, data accuracy, and overall customer experience. You will work closely with leads and managers to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, executed effectively, and delivered successfully.
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating internal projects focused on improving data quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience outcomes. You will create and maintain reporting and dashboards to track quality metrics, operational performance, and process health. Additionally, you will partner closely with Operations, Analytics, and functional leaders to define requirements, timelines, and success metrics, acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or quality-focused roles. Strong experience in creating and interpreting reports to drive operational and quality improvements is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to identify process breakdowns, investigate issues independently, and implement solutions. A solid understanding of operational workflows and end-to-end process management is required, along with prior experience working with Metabase, Jira, and internal business platforms.
