Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including engineering, service desk, security, human resources, and communications—is essential to deliver effective solutions.

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience managing technology projects and hold a bachelor's degree. Proven success in improving end-user experiences across areas such as device lifecycle management (Windows/macOS/iOS), MDM/MAM, VDI, identity/SSO, Office/M365/Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, and Zoom is required. A strong understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL), support operations, and change management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci) is also necessary. Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis platforms, such as Jira, Azure Boards, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, is expected.
