Project Manager
Graphcore is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation programs that enhance daily operations. This role is part of the Data & Transformation team, which focuses on improving business processes, tools, and ways of working across the company. The Project Manager will collaborate with various departments, including IT, Finance, People, Operations, and external partners, to ensure structured and sustainable delivery of initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project delivery, encompassing scope definition, planning, milestone setting, risk management, and decision tracking. The Project Manager will establish effective project governance, coordinate delivery from initiation through stabilization, and partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into executable plans. Additionally, the role involves driving alignment across teams, resolving blockers, and ensuring high-quality implementation through defined milestones and readiness checkpoints.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering cross-functional business systems and operational change initiatives, including implementations, migrations, integrations, or significant process changes. Strong project management fundamentals, such as planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, governance, and stakeholder communication, are essential. Experience coordinating delivery across technical and non-technical teams, proficiency with modern delivery tools like Jira and Confluence, and strong organizational skills are also required.
