Project Manager
WebChart is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the deployment of its Enterprise Health solution. This remote position involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within the medical software industry.
In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for gaining consensus from stakeholders to approve project plans, establishing project governance structures, coordinating regular meetings to assign and complete tasks, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines. Additionally, the role involves updating project plans regularly, ensuring centralized documentation for compliance, controlling changes to project scope, and coordinating project closure activities, including stakeholder sign-off and debriefing meetings.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with at least three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience. A strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools is required, and PMP certification is preferred. The ability to translate customer business requirements into project specifications, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, and leadership and team management abilities are also necessary. The role may require up to 20% travel.
