In this role, the attorney will collaborate with a dedicated team to identify, develop, and litigate significant property rights cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Candidates should have 2-4 years of litigation experience or equivalent, such as judicial clerkship experience. The role requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a passion for defending individual liberties. Willingness to travel approximately 20% to 30% of the time is expected.
