Property Rights Attorney
The Property Rights Attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) is a litigation-focused role within the Property Rights Practice Group. In this role, the attorney will collaborate with a dedicated team to identify, develop, and litigate significant property rights cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through trial and appeal, with opportunities to represent clients in high-profile cases. The attorney will also engage in public speaking at conferences and media interactions to advocate for property rights issues.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of litigation experience or equivalent, such as judicial clerkship experience. A deep understanding of the moral and constitutional basis for property rights is highly desirable. The role requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a passion for defending individual liberties. Willingness to travel approximately 20% to 30% of the time is expected.
