Proposal and Capture Manager

Helsing is seeking a Proposal and Capture Manager to lead the development and submission of strategic proposals, playing a pivotal role in advancing our mission to revolutionize defense and national security through cutting-edge AI technology. This position is based in Washington, DC, and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and impact in safeguarding societies.

In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and effectively showcasing Helsing's innovative AI solutions. You will work closely with sales, technical, and operational teams to gather necessary information, manage bid timelines, and ensure all components meet strategic, technical, and compliance standards. Additionally, you will conduct market and client research to tailor proposals and strategies, report to leadership on bid progress, and continuously seek improvements in the bidding process.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, or in a similar role. You should be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead complex proposals, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess strong project management skills. Proficiency in market research, compliance standards, and risk mitigation is essential, along with fluent German and English language skills.
