📝 About the Role We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator / Specialist in Tendering & Technical Documentation to lead the full lifecycle of public and private bids. The role focuses on technology projects such as VR/AR, 3D, AI/ML, serious games, digital twins, immersive web applications, and custom software. You will ensure compliance with tender requirements, produce strong technical proposals, and work cross‑functionally with product, UX/UI, and development teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities A. Tender Analysis & Bid Strategy
Analyze tender documents (PCAP/PPT) and annexes. Build requirements matrices (technical, administrative, solvency, evaluation criteria). Prepare milestone calendars, clarification questions, and bid/no‑bid recommendations. Craft value propositions aligned with evaluation criteria.
B. Technical Writing & Content Leadership
Lead end-to-end development of technical proposals: methodology, planning, architecture, accessibility, cybersecurity, QA, scalability, sustainability, gender perspective. Write all annexes: project plan, schedule, RACI, risk management, test plan, training/support, data protection. Format and structure proposals using templates, styles, references, and advanced layout tools (InDesign or similar). Adapt narrative and storytelling to different sectors (tourism/culture, industry, education, marketing). Create project narratives and scripts tailored to each context.
C. Internal Coordination
Translate technical requirements for VR/AR/3D/AI teams, UX/UI designers, and developers. Manage the pipeline of inputs: CVs, case studies, visual assets, demos, certifications. Coordinate follow-up meetings, version control, and final deliverables.
