QHSE Professional- (LATAM focused) Bilingual Spanish/English
The QHSE Audit Support Professional at Avetta plays a pivotal role in guiding clients and contractor/supplier members through the pre-qualification and audit process. This position requires full fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively support a diverse clientele. Avetta is a leading provider of supply chain risk management solutions, committed to ensuring safety and compliance across various industries.
Key responsibilities include providing proactive support and outreach to Avetta customers, creating and enhancing audit resources, and clarifying gap assessments for contractor/supplier health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems. The role also involves applying risk and hazard assessment methodologies across industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial, communications, facility management, construction, mining, aviation, transportation, marine/maritime operations, and rail.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of industry QHSE experience. Proficiency in understanding regulatory agencies such as EPA, MSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, and ISO is essential. Strong professional communication skills in both written and oral forms, along with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, are required. Technical proficiency with online software systems and PC applications, preferably Windows, is also necessary.
