Quality Process Manager - Production
As a Quality Process Manager in Production at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as EN 9100. Your day-to-day activities will include overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting internal audits, and leading initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality. You will also prepare for certification audits, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and develop training programs to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry. A deep understanding of EN 9100 standards is essential, and familiarity with AQAP standards is beneficial. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively engage with all levels of the organization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
