Real Estate Paralegal

The Real Estate Paralegal will play a pivotal role in accelerating transactions to closing, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Legal, and working remotely full-time from their home office.
Key responsibilities include managing a pipeline of deals across the United States, updating closing checklists and trackers, preparing documents, coordinating the execution of closing packages, conducting due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys, assisting with the retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions, and drafting and reviewing legal descriptions.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably at a mid to large-sized law firm, and hold a bachelor's degree. Experience with solar or wind ground leases and wireless leases is advantageous. Proficiency in Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software is essential, along with the capability to work remotely. Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
