ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter to join our growing talent team. As a key player in our recruitment efforts, you’ll be responsible for everything from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and closing top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across all teams to ensure we’re bringing in the best and brightest who fit our fast-paced, scrappy, and innovative culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization, from sourcing to scheduling to final offer negotiations.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and team dynamics. Offer guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and candidate assessments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
