Thinking Machines Lab is seeking a Recruiting Coordination and Operations Specialist to enhance our hiring processes and support our mission of advancing collaborative general intelligence. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in building efficient recruiting systems and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role, you will manage high-volume interview coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics. Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements, setting up interview rooms, and providing technical support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will support recruiting operations by maintaining data integrity, assisting with talent mapping, processing referrals, and organizing recruiting events.

The ideal candidate has experience coordinating schedules, managing calendars, or supporting operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly in candidate interactions. Proficiency with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and communication platforms like Slack is required. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams and roles are highly valued.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
