As a Recruitment Consultant (Technology), you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including specialized positions in emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks, as well as collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in a recruitment agency, demonstrating a strong track record in 360 recruitment. Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors such as AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semiconductors is essential. Familiarity with industry developments and trends, as well as strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms, will be advantageous. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
