Regional Account Executive (Construction/Manufacturing sales)
Latitude Inc. is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Executive to join our sales team in Concord, CA. This hybrid role focuses on expanding our presence in the construction and manufacturing sectors, leveraging our innovative solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing the sales territory by maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves developing leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach, as well as traveling to meet customers, attend trade shows, and support sales initiatives. The Account Executive will develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions, deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, and meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in territory or outside sales, preferably in technology or retail sectors, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable, along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
