The Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM) fluent in Turkish will join KnowBe4's dynamic sales team, focusing on expanding the company’s reach within small and medium-sized businesses as well as mid-market accounts in Turkey. In this role, the Regional Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and managing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients in Turkey, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities involve building relationships with decision-makers, understanding client needs, and working closely with both internal marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position requires regular follow-ups, negotiation, and closing of deals to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Turkish and have proven sales experience, ideally within B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. A solid understanding of the Turkish business market and a results-driven mentality are highly valued. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
