Regional HR Specialist
Wolt is seeking a Regional HR Specialist to oversee the entire employee lifecycle in our Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan offices, supporting HR functions across the Eastern region. This role involves enhancing existing HR foundations and delivering exceptional service to diverse teams and leadership functions.
Key responsibilities include addressing advanced HR inquiries, implementing HR programs such as compensation reviews and performance appraisals, and utilizing HR data to create insightful analyses and reports. The specialist will manage sensitive employee relations matters, lead impartial investigations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and continuously refine HR tools and platforms, particularly Workday. Additionally, they will design and deliver training sessions to elevate team competencies and collaborate with People Partners to resolve complex HR challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR within a multi-country, global environment, a passion for positively impacting lives through HR, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. They should possess a solid grounding in HR fundamentals, strong analytical skills, professional integrity, and the ability to challenge biased decisions. Proficiency in English and Russian, both verbal and written, is required.
