The Regional Manager will analyze studio-level results to identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and prioritize resource allocation across markets. Additionally, the role involves partnering cross-functionally on new studio openings, local operational initiatives, and regional rollout of headquarters-led programs.

Strong leadership development skills, with experience in coaching and building high-performing teams in remote or distributed environments, are required. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels without in-person proximity to headquarters, are also necessary.
