As a Regional Manager, Consumer at Wolt, you will be responsible for driving capital-efficient growth by enhancing the consumer experience, focusing on loyalty programs and pricing strategies within Wolt's South region. This role requires a blend of analytical acumen and creative thinking to execute, track, and monitor initiatives that boost consumer engagement, ensuring users consistently return to the platform with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include owning the regional strategy for Wolt+, Wolt's subscription program, and consumer pricing. You will oversee the performance of Wolt+ at a regional level, driving growth and profitability initiatives by optimizing the value proposition through benefits, partnerships, pricing, and merchant portfolio management. Additionally, you will ensure consumer pricing is optimized to drive capital-efficient growth by understanding price sensitivities and testing hypotheses in collaboration with the central pricing team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field, with 4-8 years of experience in consumer business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions; proficiency in SQL is advantageous. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills are also required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.

Compensation for this role in Poland ranges from PLN 13,678 to PLN 23,216 monthly, determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
