Regional Payroll Operations Lead - Americas

The Regional Payroll Operations Lead - Americas at Atlas HXM is responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple countries within North and South America. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing, aligning with company standards and regional regulations. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent and scalable payroll services.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll operations, validating payroll inputs and outputs, and ensuring adherence to payroll calendars and service level agreements. The role also involves reviewing and approving payroll reconciliations, maintaining compliance with regional directives and country-specific payroll laws, and overseeing statutory filings and reporting. Additionally, the Lead is accountable for vendor performance management, including monitoring service delivery, conducting performance reviews, and addressing escalations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll operations, particularly within the Americas region, and a strong understanding of regional payroll laws and regulations. Proficiency in managing external payroll vendors, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex payroll issues are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required.
