Regional Senior HR Operations Specialist
Wolt is seeking a Regional Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our People team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role is pivotal in supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives across Denmark and the North region. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you'll collaborate closely with leaders, employees, Payroll, and regional People teams to ensure a positive employee experience and robust HR foundations.
In this position, you'll partner with managers on a wide range of people matters, including employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and leadership support. You'll provide guidance on Danish labor law, collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and employee lifecycle processes. Your responsibilities will also encompass driving high-quality HR operations, such as employment documentation, Workday maintenance, payroll coordination, and employee administration. Additionally, you'll lead and contribute to regional HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements that support business growth and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of HR experience, combining HR Operations and HR Business Partnering responsibilities. A strong knowledge of Danish employment law and experience handling employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminations are essential. Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced operational environment is crucial. The role requires someone comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and driving projects forward with a high degree of ownership. Fluent communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and spoken, are necessary.
