In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives across our North America Private Sector market. You will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, building key client relationships, exceeding sales goals, and creating an engaging and supportive environment for your team.

In this role, you will:

- Mentor, coach, and lead a successful sales team to exceed their quotas and achieve business objectives.

- Own and exceed annual sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline development, and execution

- Own and surpass multi-million ARR targets through strategic pipeline development, execution, and accurate forecasting.

- Pioneer complex enterprise deals with fintech stakeholders in compliance, fraud, security, risk, and investigations.

- Serve as a value-added blockchain advisor, staying ahead of regs like AML/KYC, FATF, MiCA, FinCEN, and SEC guidance.

- Understand the intricacies of your teams’ sales activity and track the results to inform your forecasts and individual development plans

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for aligned GTM strategies and retention.

- Champion recruiting and onboarding to scale the team efficiently.

- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and updates on sales activity, helping to inform overall sales strategy across the business

We’re looking for candidates who have:

- 10+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership or management role
